How I work
AI speeds up the work. People still make it work.
Automation takes over more of the work inside a growing company every year. What it cannot take over is the founder's judgement, the team's connection and the accountability that keeps both honest.
Judgement
On the people decisions that shape a culture: who leads, who is promoted, and who joins. I give a clear view on whether a choice will lift the team or dilute it.
Connection
Founders speak growth and vision. Teams speak execution and bandwidth. I read the room and connect the two, so everyone moves the same way.
Accountability
Growth means holding leaders and teams to a higher standard. I give direct, human feedback, so good people get better.
Where culture gets tested
- 10people
One table, one conversation. Everyone hears everything. Culture spreads naturally through the team, but the founder's habits quietly become the rules.
- 30people
The first managers appear. Strong individual contributors start leading people for the first time. The founder is no longer in every room.
- 50people
Culture stops spreading on its own. The founder can no longer know everyone well. What was implicit now has to be made explicit, or it drifts.
- 100people
Departments take shape. Experienced leaders join from larger companies. Information gets filtered on its way up and down.
- 300people
Speed versus structure. Processes multiply and decisions slow down. The challenge is to stay agile and human at scale.
