The person behind People Matter(s).

My name is Liesbeth van Traa. After several years in marketing and training at multinationals, I moved towards human resources. In 2003 I founded People Matter(s), and since then I have worked as a senior HR consultant, recruiter, trainer and coach for startups and companies in both the profit and the non-profit sector.

I work with founders, CEOs, leaders and individuals at every stage of growth: from the first ten people around one table, to companies of several hundred where structure and speed have to be balanced. My approach is direct, personal and built on judgement, connection and accountability. The same three things software cannot take over.

I am flexible in hours, location and language, according to what the client needs. I work on location and remote.
